1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following regions:
- United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- European Union member countries
- Australia
- Brazil
If your country is not listed, please contact us — we may be expanding to additional regions.
2. Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after order processing:
- United States: 5 to 7 business days
- Canada: 7 to 10 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union: 7 to 12 business days
- Australia: 10 to 14 business days
- Brazil: 5 to 8 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, and major holidays can occasionally extend transit time.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We aim to ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
5. Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking link, sent to your email when the package ships. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us.
6. International Customs and Duties
For international orders, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or VAT. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders shipped to the address you provided cannot be re-routed once they leave our warehouse. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping cost may apply).
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@mindfulvector.online within 7 days with clear photos of the damage. We'll replace the affected items at no cost.
