1. Eligibility
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:
- Your first-time purchase of any MindfulVector product
- Subscription orders that have not been previously cancelled and refunded
- Orders shipped directly by MindfulVector (orders from third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy)
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@mindfulvector.online within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
For first-time orders, you don't need to return the product — your honest feedback is enough.
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, we'll process it to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Subscription Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that shipment.
If you are charged for a subscription order and want to cancel that order, contact us within 12 hours of the charge and we'll do our best to stop the shipment and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it is eligible for return under the standard policy.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us at support@mindfulvector.online within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll replace the affected items or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Orders requested more than 30 days after delivery
- Repeat purchases or repeat subscription orders (beyond the first-time guarantee)
- Products purchased through third-party retailers
- Gift cards, where offered
7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs (where applicable) and return shipping costs (for any cases requiring a return) are non-refundable, except where the product was damaged or shipped in error.
8. Your Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to, not in place of, your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
