When you may need to return a product
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged
- You're requesting a refund outside the standard guarantee window (rare cases, handled individually)
How to start a return
- Email support@mindfulvector.online with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if applicable.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and, if needed, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Do not send any product back without an RMA — packages received without one cannot be processed.
Return shipping
If the return is the result of an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product), we'll cover return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3 to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
